“Upton residents were well receiving of the Community Responders Day event hosted by Malvern Hills District Council in partnership with Flood Advisory Service. Attendees joined us to share memories of the 2007 floods and had access to a variety of agencies and raft of information to prepare themselves if the severity of floods hit again. Pupils from both Upton Primary School and Hanley Castle High School maintained interest throughout with a range of educational activities organised for them and we hope they share their knowledge with families, friends and neighbours”
