Thursday 12th October 2017

3pm - 7pm

Millom Network Centre, Salthouse Road, Millom

Were you affected by the recent flooding in Millom and Haverigg?

Come along to the Millom Flood Forum on Thursday 12th October at Millom Network Centre, to get advice, support and guidance on funding, insurance, public health, trading standards, flood prevention and flood support registration.

Flood Advisory Service will be on hand, along with representatives from councils, agencies and community support organisations. Cumbria Community Foundation will also be present to talk to flooded property owners about the Cumbria Disaster Fund.

Have you information on how your property was flooded?

Cumbria County Council Flood Risk & Development Management Team will be present to gather data on how property owners were affected by the floodwater and where the flood water came from. The information provided will be used to produce a Flood Investigation Report and potential recommendations for actions to minimise the risk or impact of future flooding.

If you were flooded, please come along to the Millom and Haverigg flood forum.
